• HR Toolkit Skills (held at locations across the Country)
  Run by the Human Resources department the toolkit training sessions have been developed to train our managers and supervisors in the key areas of recruitment and selection, induction, attendance management and discipline and grievance handling. The sessions provide legislation updates and knowledge refreshment for our managers and supervisors.
  
  
• Ashridge Senior Management Development Programme
  This senior management and director level training programme is aimed at providing our executive management teams with up to date skills and competencies in order to move our business forward
  
  
• Management Foundation Skills Programme
  This is a bespoke training programme aimed at middle managers
  
  
• Training and Development Portfolio
  The training and development portfolio provides a vast range of short supervisory and management skills training courses, including time management, resolving conflict, business report writing and employment law awareness to name but a few
  
  
• ILM Programme
  This 'Introduction to Line Management' course has been attended by over 200 team members to date
