- Leading role in the preparation and distribution of monthly/weekly management reporting.
- Generate / distribute Weekly & Monthly Sales KPI information.
- Responsibility for supporting the Sales & Marketing finance team in the reporting and accuracy of financial KPI data.
- Responsibility for administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Finance team.
- Administration of weekly training payments, advances and support payments for a section of the group’s self employed sales individuals.
- Administration of weekly training payments, advances and support payments for a section of the group’s self employed sales individuals.
- Provide administrative support for the FD/HOF to enable the effective management of the Sales & Marketing Finance team.
- Assist in AHI monthly management accounts process as directed by HOF, processing of journals and variance analysis.
- Provide administrative support for the creation, distribution and co-ordination of senior management performance related pay letters.
- Adhoc Responsibilities - undertaking additional tasks and projects as required by management.
- Abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety.
