Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading role in the preparation and distribution of monthly/weekly management reporting.
  • Generate / distribute Weekly & Monthly Sales KPI information.
  • Responsibility for supporting the Sales & Marketing finance team in the reporting and accuracy of financial KPI data.
  • Responsibility for administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Finance team.
  • Administration of weekly training payments, advances and support payments for a section of the group’s self employed sales individuals.
  • Administration of weekly training payments, advances and support payments for a section of the group’s self employed sales individuals.
  • Provide administrative support for the FD/HOF to enable the effective management of the Sales & Marketing Finance team.
  • Assist in AHI monthly management accounts process as directed by HOF, processing of journals and variance analysis.
  • Provide administrative support for the creation, distribution and co-ordination of senior management performance related pay letters.
  • Adhoc Responsibilities - undertaking additional tasks and projects as required by management.
  • Abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety.

  • EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience of working in a dynamic finance team
  • KNOWLEDGE
  • Good working knowledge of accounting principles

  • Strong IT skills
  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel
