- Recruit, motivate and retain Telecan and Showroom Administration Managers, Footcan Team Leaders, Exhibition personnel and all canvassers
- To train effectively Telecan and Showroom Administration Managers, Exhibition personnel and Footcan Team Leaders and Canvassers
- To maintain establishment levels.
- To achieve paid canvasser, lead and volume targets within cost of sales
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To control costs in line with Regional targets
- To achieve lead, volume and session targets in line with those set by the Region
- To ensure daily contact with RSM, Divisional Marketing Manager, Area Sales Leaders, Footcan Team Leaders and Footcanvassers
- To attend weekly Sales and Marketing meetings
- To ensure new starter forms are completed correctly
- To ensure that all wages are paid in line with Company policy and that invoices have been authorised as appropriate
- To ensure all canvassers understand and are using Company scripts in accordance with the current Company promotion
- To ensure recruitment strategies are adopted and driven through the Region, ensuring HR best practice is in place and employment legislation is adhered to
- To ensure all Telecan Managers hold complete HR perfect files for each canvasser
- To ensure every Footcanvasser has read and signed the Footcan Code of Practice
- To ensure every Footcanvasser has an ID card
- To ensure that all leads are confirmed to Company standard
- To ensure that ALL names, addresses and telephone numbers collected are registered with the Promar office
- To plan weekly activities
- To monitor and appraise teams and individuals weekly
- To control costs of vehicles including the reclaim of parking tickets
- To ensure all vehicle paperwork is completed correctly and at the required times as required by the Transport Department
- To liaise with the Retail Health & Safety Manager on all matters relating to health and safety and risk assessment
- To undertake other reasonable duties as and when required
- Abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety
- Understand and fulfil your responsibilities under the Company’s equal opportunities policy in place from time to time
- Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place from time to time including those relating to HR and health and safety
