- To process and coordinate all paperwork and packages for installers, collate survey copy and installation sheet invoices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To contact customers to book installations and liaise with warehouse and installers.
- To monitor T card systems and record daily installations, collation of installation figures, against payments.
- Processing /confirming Installations to JDE and reconciling against Installation return; prior to Monday deadline.
- To reconcile installation for correct installers’ pay. Input and transfer installers pay to HO. Provide fitters with weekly pay summary sheets.
- Administer fuel receipts and vehicle bonds.
- To carry out daily Customer Courtesy calls to monitor Installation and customers satisfaction.
- To deal with customer complaints and queries, book installers’ call-backs and liaise with service department on remakes.
- Raise Debt sheets for any outstanding balance customers.
- Organise and order scaffolding where required.
- Review / update of weekly stock pipeline.
- Monitor and action release of Guarantees admin checks to HO.
- To undertake other work of which you are capable and carry out other duties which may be required.
