KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB ROLE:

To survey and install conservatory products within agreed budgets and timescales,  including the allocation of work, performance/ installation standards and the level of customer service delivered.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

Key responsibilities include:

• To plan manpower, transport, equipment and stores required to conservatory work which is in the pipeline.
• To source materials from Norwich or outside suppliers to maintain adequate levels of stock.
• To monitor and control conservatory deliveries from factory including any remakes.
• To ensure the quality and standards of fitting.
• To deal with customer complaints / queries including any necessary remedial work.
• To ensure the collection of final account and manage debt recovery ensuring that all remedial work is to the customers’ satisfaction. Negotiate with the customer as required.
• Ensure all activities within their accountability meet and integrate with Company requirements for quality management, Health and Safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and a general duty of care.
• To undertake other work of which you are capable and carry out other duties as required.
