- Achieve all regional sales volume targets (by product)
- Assist RSM to manage sales return on cost of sales
- Deputise for RSM to ensure delivery of region objectives and targets at all times
- Deliver training for, and be product expert on, the entire Anglian range to all regional staff
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To undertake duties as directed by RSM to achieve regional objectives
- To undertake line manager duties for regional staff as directed by RSM
- To attend and contribute to Regional / Divisional and National sales meetings as appropriate
- To work in a matrix management style as deputy to RSM with dotted line management (or hard line if directed by RSM) of regional staff including Regional Marketing Managers, Promar’s, ASL’s and other sales force members as necessary
- To drive recruitment and retention activities to target of the sales force within the region
- Undertake joint sits per week with selected ASL’s/Sales Reps
- Abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety
- Understand and fulfil your responsibilities under the Company’s equal opportunities policy in place from time to time
- Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place from time to time including those relating to HR and health and safety
