- Internet Lead and Sales Targets to budget
- Management of the Online Marketing budget within COS target
- Growth & Innovation in the Online Marketplace including Social Media
- Enhance and protect the on line reputation of Anglian Home Improvements
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve all sales volume targets for Internet
- Manage within Cost of Sale budget targets
- Communicate with Sales/RSM to boost sales return on internet leads
- Ensure visibility of progress and collaborative working with other marketing functions – product management, data and direct
- Innovate in the online arena to ensure Anglian is at the forefront of activity vs sector competitors
- Create a competitive edge for Anglian in the end to end management of site visitor to sales achieved to equal the off line tracking and management ability
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To play an active part in the senior team within the marketing department – attending weekly update meetings and monthly departmental performance reviews
- Line management of the digital team
- To monitor performance within the digital arena and ensure Anglian delivers to its full potential
- To innovate in the areas of digital communications to ensure the Company is always Raising The Standard
- To support internal areas using the site to communicate effectively with customers (e.g. AFS, Product managers)
- To keep abreast and advise the Marketing Director of all changes in legislation regarding data management in a digital arena
- To manage external partners/suppliers to ensure innovation, best practice and value for money
- To develop and manage all Anglian Digital assets or investments (Double Glazing Forum, Blog, Group site, Timberland, exclusive Third Party sites and any others as agreed with the Marketing Director)
- To vary strategy according to performance and ensure Marketing Director is aware of any changes having a sales or cost implication
- To regularly update the RSM on performance, underperformance and issues relating to the management of internet leads.
- To promote a safe working environment in respect of staff, customers and self-employed individuals by abiding by the health and safety regulations and procedures and to liaise with the Retail Health & Safety Manager on all matter relating to health and safety and risk assessment
- Understand and fulfil your responsibilities under the Company’s equal opportunities policy in place from time to time
- Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures in place from time to time including those relating to HR and health and safety
- To undertake any reasonable duties as directed by Marketing Director to achieve company objectives
